Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 2 working days. Items ordered that are out of stock will automatically be back ordered & COCKSOX will contact the customer by email to inform of expected delivery dates.
COCKSOX will send you an email as your order is processed and shipped, so you'll have an accurate update on the progress of your order.

If you have selected an express or registered method of shipping we will include your tracking number on your order update at the time of processing.

Purchases are posted in discreet packaging so no need to fear uncomfortable looks from the postie!

We use the services of Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia & overseas.

Once international orders are sent from COCKSOX Distribution Australia it is not possible for us to track orders unless a trackable method has been selected. We always recommend using a trackable method and cannot be responsible for orders sent without tracking, although we will always do everything we can to assist when you have queries about your shipments.

Overseas tracking methods include Express Post, Registered Post and FedEx. Express Post and FedEx shipping is trackable online, however for tracking Registered Post, Australia Post needs to be contacted directly on 131818. Have your parcel tracking number handy when you contact them. Regular international airmail is allocated a parcel number, however this is not trackable and is a number used as a declaration of non dangerous goods.

For tracking Express Post and Registered Post shipments within Australia, simply contact Australia post on 131818 and quote your parcel tracking number.

For orders over $100, we highly recommend you choose a registered method of shipping. In the unlikely event your order does not make it to you, you will be insured for the value of the order.

We will contact you via email with a tracking number if you have chosen a tracking method of shipment.

Shipping cost to your country is determined by destination, weight and shipping method chosen. You can view and compare these prices on the Shopping Cart page by filling in your country, state and zip/postal code details and select the get a quote tab.

Overseas delivery prices charged on this site do not include any customs charges or duties that you may incur.

On rare occasions the customs agency within the destination country may randomly inspect parcels. This is simply to comply with the countries Customs and Import regulations. Such delays can be between 2-4 weeks for the United States and United Kingdom and 4-8 weeks for other EU countries.

We at COCKSOX care about your privacy as much as we care about your private parts (which is to say, a lot!)

All personal information supplied by our customers are treated with strict confidentiality.

Personal information, such as your name, postal & email address is only used to process your order. When you register with COCKSOX via our website, you will also receive email notification on occasion of sales, promotions & new products.

Credit card details are processed directly with the National Australia Bank and COCKSOX does not see the data at any point so the highest level of security is in place.

Our website does not automatically collect personal data such as email addresses or phone numbers without the site visitor voluntarily providing this information. We respect your privacy & don't disclose any customer's details to third parties. Your personal information may be released when reasonably necessary to comply with the law for the following reasons:

1. COCKSOX has reason to suspect that unlawful activity has been, is being or may be engaged in, & uses or discloses the personal information as a necessary part of its investigation of the matter or in reporting its concerns to relevant persons or authorities. (for example, credit card fraud)

2. The use or disclosure is required or authorised by or under law The nature of our business is providing an interaction point via our online retail store at www.cocksox.com for customers to purchase goods from the COCKSOX collections.

In accordance with privacy law, you may request to access your personal information held by us at any time. Contact us via email with any queries.


Returns & Replacements

Please contact us via email or phone if you wish to exchange or return your purchase for what ever reason.

Send back the item/s within 30 working days, for an exchange or full refund (excluding postage). We recommend you use registered post as it is your responsibility to ensure the item/s arrive safely back to us.

Please ensure you leave all swing tags & labels attached & do not wear or wash the garment. We cannot accept returns that have been worn or tampered with.

If you are exchanging your purchase for another size or style, we will not charge any further postage for re-delivery of your first exchange. An additional postage charge will be incurred if you wish to have the items sent via EMS courier, Express Post or Registered Post.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Prices listed on www.cocksox.com are calculated in Australian dollars (AUD). The store can also be viewed in US dollars (USD), however at this time all orders are processed in Australia Dollars (AUD).

A 10% goods & services tax (GST) is added to products purchased within Australia via www.cocksox.com. This will be listed on your receipt.

Your COCKSOX purchases can be processed using Visa & Mastercard and all major credit cards via Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account.

You can also pay via Bank Transfer, Money Order and Cheque by emailing COCKSOX prior to making your selection.

Viewing Orders

Cocksox® in stock ship within 1-2 days. If you created a customer account when you purchased online, your tracking number will be posted as soon as it is available.

You can log into your account at any time and check the live status of your order.

If you have selected FedEx, Express Post or Registered Post, you should also receive an email notifying you of your tracking number. Simply go to http://www.auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your full tracking number.

If you did not receive a tracking number or shipment notification in a timely manner, please contact a Cocksox representative to check the status of your order.
